Homework: Read “Use of Force” and begin the process of
Literary Analysis.
1) Read the text closely a few times
a. What might be considered interesting, unusual
or important?
b. Think about author’s writing technique
2) Brainstorm a list of potential topics
a. Look at notes and “Writing a Literary Analysis
Paper” for details on this part of the process.
